I bought my first apartment in Prague recently through Petr. For an expat who does not speak much Czech, nor too familiar with the real estate purchasing process in The Czech Republic, Petr provided a great service for me. I was also out of the country at the time that the official Purchase Agreement paperwork had to be signed, but Petr managed all this for me on my behalf without issues. I would highly recommend.
